For many of us bedtime soon becomes stressful and there is no way we can sleep when we are stressed out.
There is something you can actually try yourself.
When you are in bed and you are finished talking, imagine a white board in your mind and see the whole day on it, See yourself having breakfast, see yourself meeting a friend for lunch, see the phone call you got from a friend, see there in photo's and also if someone said something to you that made you laugh, see that written on there too, even if something's we not so good, you can add those too.
So see the whole day good and bad and when you have accepted this was today, imagine wiping it clean, so it is empty, and ready for the next day, think about how tomorrow will be, be positive with your intentions.
This will take some practice but it will be well worth it, it will help clear your mind of clutter.
