I have always believed in the power of the mind but was
still skeptical of hypnosis. I've only ever seen it on stage. I was in a real
bad place in my life and felt I had nothing left to lose. What I didn't know is I
had everything to gain. I went from being very self loathing insecure and very
shy to absolute confidence in everything I do, the way I look and have become
very secure in myself and outgoing. I experienced a
complete turn around a 180 if you will in a matter of one session. I was blown
away at the results and plan to keep it up. You are completely aware of what’s
