Unlock your TRUE POTENTIAL today!

How many times have we said "I just can't seem to concentrate?"
or "I don't know where I should go with this idea?"

You are not alone, with business and the economy becoming harder to negotiate, we are becoming less and less motivated with how to move forward.

For the older generation, the idea of social media can be a very daunting thought and some many put off because they just can't get their head around it.

But there is more than meets the eye here, let's look at what's really going on underneath.

How many times were you told "we can't afford it" as a child ? Probably 99.9% of the population, and what did you conclude about money ?

It's scarce?  It's something difficult if not impossible to get?  Sometimes it never comes so why bother trying? Even worse when I get money, I sabotage myself and i loose it.

All these factors play a huge part in our lives now and it's beginning to affect our business decisions, and therefore the next generation.

Sometimes we associate money with shame, I'm greedy if I go out there and make money!  Or Money is the root of all evil.

So think a moment what is really going on with me? What is my actual relationship with money ?

Secondary gain is something we all have inside us, but what is it?

If you are doing something negative to yourself it is because you are getting something positive out of it!

This is HUGE.

So if you were raised to think money is the root of all evil, you will earn it and then do something to loose it, because if you really look at yourself, if you have money you are a bad person, no one on earth wants to feel that way.

So think about you and how things are working, Are you a victim of secondary gain ?

Worry not! I can help to uncover these wrong beliefs and move you into being a smart, out of the box business person who deserves wealth and abundance.

Hypnosis - A growing trend to cut addiction

For some people giving up a habit may seem impossible. But one growing trend is seeing patients turn to hypnotism for relief.

Dana Fry smoked for 10 years.
Then she decided she needed to quit, not only for her sake, but for her family's.

“I’m so glad my kids don’t have to breathe that,” said Dana.
Dana went to a hypnosis seminar, so she could find the strength to quit without medication.

She wasn't sure it would work, but decided to give it try.
“It was just very relaxing and soothing. I wasn’t scared at all,” said Dana.

The stigma surrounding hypnosis suggests people who have been hypnotized lose control of their behavior.

One professional, clinical hypnotist, Jerri Wilkerson, told stated they simply suggest their patients experience changes in sensations, perceptions, thoughts and behavior.

Basically, it is just a state of relaxation and focus.
Hypnosis supposedly has been used in the treatment of pain, depression, anxiety, stress, habit disorders and other conditions.

One viewer's comment on WTHI's Facebook even said being hypnotized cured her craving for chocolate or candy.

Wilkerson said anyone is a candidate for hypnosis, as long as they want to make a change.

However, psychologists from Indiana State University said while it can be helpful, it's best used in moderation, in addition to other treatments.
But for Dana, she said the results for her were nothing short of miraculous.
Not only has she not had one craving in the past 10 years, she actually finds cigarettes and smoke revolting.

“It’s actually like, if someone does, like I said, if someone does smoke, or if I smell smoke, it’s almost like a panic feeling of, ‘oh my gosh, I can’t breathe’… I never had that craving ever again,” said Dana.

Forensic Hypnosis- Interesting Article

Interesting article I want to share.
After a crime, even the most basic details can be crucial for forensic artists trying to recreate a clear picture of a suspect. Since the victim is often under extreme trauma, some unique methods are used to make sure no stone is left unturned.
Captain Frank Malinak with the Texas Rangers admits the process of hypnosis doesn't work in every situation, but in some cases it can be effective.
"I would like to take the magic away from hypnosis," Malinak said. "When we interview a witness of a crime, a witness to a crime or a crime victim using hypnosis, all we are doing is bringing relaxation into the process."
Forensic hypnosis emerged as a tool for law enforcement 30 years ago.
In the small town of Chowchilla, California, a school bus full of students was hijacked. The bus driver and kids managed to escape and led authorities to their kidnappers.
In times of trauma, hypnosis helps artists sketch intricate evidence
"Forensic hypnosis was used in that particular case on the driver of the school bus to recall the license plate of a kidnapper's vehicle," Malinak said.
According to Malinak, the Chowchilla case led law enforcement agencies across the nation to consider the benefits of hypnosis. Eventually, the Texas Rangers started their own hypnosis program.
Forensic artist Jorge Molina often interviews victims hours after the crime.
"If you asked somebody off the street if they could describe somebody and produce a composite drawing, they might say that they are not capable of doing it," he said.
Through specialized training and tactics, the artists can help a person dig deep into their mind.
On its own, resemblance to a sketch cannot lead to a conviction. Oftentimes, the artist must testify about their work in court.
The work of the Texas Rangers Forensic artists can only make a difference if it is seen by the public.

Hypnofertility

Hypnofertility therapy comes to town
Hypnofertility therapy comes to town
Here is an interesting article all about HypnoFertility.  We all know there are certain risks involved with IVF treatment, but what are the long term risks to the mother and child? These days we should be looking for alternative ways of getting around these roadblocks.
Alternative for conceiving in the US and UK finding takers in Mumbai.

There's so much more to hypnosis beyond the cliches of swinging stop watches and deep voices trying to put you to sleep. Matt Damon and Drew Barrymore turned to hypnotherapy to quit smoking. Lily Allen dropped to size 8 from 12 with the help of hypnotherapy. Tiger Woods credits his strong mental health to the years of hypnosis he got since he was a child. World over, hypnobirthing has been helping expecting mothers. Now, there's something experts are calling hypnofertility therapy for couples diagnosed with infertility.

How it works
Dr Hetal Pandya, a clinical hypnotherapist, says that for couples undergoing Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), including hypnotherapy in their treatment can double the success rate. "It works with the subconscious mind to release blockages and de-condition the mind from fears that could lead to infertility," she explains.

Popular abroad
Sarojini Alva, a hypnotherapy practitioner based in the US, says that it's a popular alternative option for couples there. "Marie Mongan encouraged treating infertility through hypnosis, which came into being about ten years ago." It's popular in Europe and is catching on in Canada, she adds.

Plan of action
"Induction techniques like reverse counting, progressive relaxation and white light healing are used to take the couple into a deep hypnosis state wherein the physical body is relaxed and the mind is very receptive to healing suggestions," explains Dr Pandya. "Crayon drawings and paintings are also used to work with the belief and thought of a person. A hereditary family tree is also used to identify and break patterns if any," she adds. While in most cases, both partners have to undergo hypnotherapy, in some cases only one of them requires therapy.
"The program also tackles ancillary issues like thyroid anomalies, etc. by eliminating stress," points out Jaypali Shetty, a hypnobirthing practitioner. The sessions required varies from case to case. On an average, each session costs around Rs 2,000 and requires two hours, she tells us.

Bonding benefits
Hypnotherapy helps couples deal with the effects of infertility and make changes that can help to positively impact their fertility. "It can make the treatment process easier and help them to handle the outcome better, irrespective of what the results might be," which is more important than promising miracles, says Alva. The "best side effect" as Dr Pandya beautifully puts, "is a stronger bond between the couples."

Money Money Money

Have you ever wondered why you don't seem to have any money? Can't seem to keep money and in fact are loosing money?

Maybe something from your past is lurking and causing issues today? I know this may sound a little over the top but read on further and see if this inside of you.

A client came to see me because he had a "odd" relationship about money, He said i want it, but I do not like it and I don't know what to do about this problem.

During our session we uncovered that when he was younger as most children do he asked for something and the answer was "no we can't afford it"

This was the Ah HA moment. at a young age he learnt that money was hard to come by and internally thought there is no point in trying to earn something that is difficult to get a hold of.

So is this inside of you? Ask yourself how your attitude to money is? How was your parents relationship with money, what did YOU conclude.

This exact issue can be why we become unmotivated, what is the point in even trying to make it when you are going to loose it anyway?

conscious eating

What is conscious eating and exercise look like? It looks like all the things we know how to do and what we should be doing. Eating right, adding exercise and increasing our activity levels, and eating in moderation. Unconscious or subconscious eating and exercise tends to be affected by stress and emotions, emotional eating ring a bell? Unconscious behaviors are the habits we’ve formed over the years that have been ingrained into our minds, whether it’s lack of exercise or a short month long burst of activity that fizzles out.
As hypnotherapists, we see people stuck in their thinking ruts. They are wholly focused on dieting for a short term goal, which they rarely can maintain. They jump into an exercise routine for a week or a month and then lack the motivation to continue. It’s the way Americans have been dieting and exercising for the last thirty or more years, with quick results and fads.
Often, people want to use hypnosis to force them into healthy thinking and to force them to eat correctly. They are looking for that “jump”, the quick, spurt of motivation that will change their lives, but we know from experience that quick solutions are not a solution at all. Hypnosis can help change patterns; eating patterns and exercise, it can help re-wire your thinking. It can help rebuild habits and relieve the stress and emotions that can plague every weight loss client.

What can sabotage many weight loss clients, is their belief that if they just go “deeper” into a hypnotic state or get that “magic” that they need to motivate them, then they will be happy and then the program will work. Hypnosis is different than a stage show that is designed for entertainment, hypnosis for weight loss or other therapeutic contexts is meant to provide lasting change. Lasting change isn’t about a feeling or getting a quick burst of energy, it’s about small, incremental changes that add up to permanent success.
Often, people’s perception of what hypnosis should be is so strong, that even with consultations explaining otherwise and the actual experience of a session, they still want that elusive missing feeling of going under. You should be awake, but relaxed and not in any altered state during hypnosis. Each person is different and experiences vary, but there is no special session that will “make” you do anything, unless you have a strong desire to combine the subconscious with a conscious effort.
Conscious efforts look like this: Educating yourself on healthy eating habits, getting rid of junk food in the house and making sure you have plenty of fresh foods on hand, tracking your food each day, starting a new exercise routine and sticking to it, joining a gym or finding a friend to keep you active and accountable. The subconscious is what we use as a tool to help the conscious side along, we work on establishing positive suggestions and beliefs to eliminate negative self-talk. We work on habit formation with food and exercise and we work on the stress or emotional side that can sabotage the most motivated of us.
Belief is everything in hypnosis, if you believe it can work for you, it often will. Positive attitudes work wonders towards real change. We see it everyday, those who know that real work lies ahead, not just listening to hypnotic Cd’s each night. That conscious efforts need to take place alongside hypnosis, these are the most successful people we see. They know we must combine both sides to achieve lasting changes and lasting success.

dual processing and Hypnosis

Although dissociation during hypnosis remains a point of contention, researchers have established that we do use dual processing to contend with unconscious and conscious information in our everyday lives.

  • Some researchers believe that hypnosis is more than role-playing because hypnotized individuals still perform behaviors even when they believe that no one is observing them. Brain activity changes during hypnosis, though some imagined visual experiences while hypnotized produce similar activity as when a person views the same thing while not hypnotized. Some studies demonstrated increased information processing speed during hypnosis, with diminished Stroop effects for hypnotized participants.
  • Hilgard believed hypnosis involved a dissociation, and that people are able to endure pain during hypnosis by dissociating those sensations from their reactions to the pain. Alternately, hypnosis may relieve pain by moving our selective attention away from the painful stimulus, with activation in the somatosensory cortex region and less activation at the site of the pain.
  • Although this remains a point of contention, researchers have established that we do use dual processing to filter information in our everyday lives, and multiple processes could also be at work here. Current research focuses on the influence of biological, social and psychological factors on hypnosis.
  • Selective attention
The phenomenon of being able to focus one's auditory attention on a particular stimulus while filtering out a range of other stimuli.
  • dissociation
A defense mechanism in which certain thoughts or mental processes are compartmentalized in order to avoid emotional stress to the conscious mind. Dissociation includes a wide array of experiences, from mild detachment from immediate surroundings to more severe detachment from physical and emotional reality.
  • hypnosis
A trancelike state, artificially induced, in which a person has a heightened suggestibility, and in which suppressed memories may be experienced.

Examples

  • The Stroop effect refers to the fact that listing the color of a word is easier than reading its name, e.g. when “red” is written in green lettering. Research shows that hypnosis may be able to reduce the impact of the Stroop effect of people under the influence of hypnosis.

Figures

Neurons from the Somatosensory Cortex
During hypnosis, the somatosensory cortex is activated by a painful stimulus, but the area that processes and attends to that pain is not as active as expected, thus hypnosis may relieve pain by moving our attention away from it.

Interesting Article I Want To Share With You.

Hypnosis Versus Hypnosis and just how It Really Works
Article by Carol L. Stokes

Whenever we think about hypnosis, the majority of us think about what we should see on stage, people eating an onion simply because they think its an apple, or quacking just like a duck. The term hypnosis describes this entertainment application. But this hypnosis is brief resided, when individuals return to your regular existence, they are able to still taste the main difference between an apple as well as an onion.
The term hypnosis refers back to the utilization of hypnosis to deal with personal development for example altering habits like quit smoking, or weight reduction, discomfort management, addressing health problems, along with other programs where long-term answers are searched for.
The primary variations between both of these states has related to the techniques utilized in experienceing this condition. Largely, the hypnotherapist on stage uses confusational designs and multiple directions to confuse the conscious mind to ensure that the individual is going to be available to suggestion in the hypnotherapist.
In hypnosis, the specialist uses relaxation techniques and concentrate strategies to assist the client acquire a deeply relaxed condition having a greater feeling of focus which in turn allows the customer to follow along with the directions and suggestions. As this style is dependant on following directions, it’s important to utilize a hypnotherapist with that you feel at ease which you can rely on.
The condition of hypnosis is comparable to an in-depth meditative condition. During this condition, the specialist reads a script or leads the customer through imagery which addresses the issue or challenge the client is going through.
The unconscious mind stores all of our reminiscences and past encounters within the grand archive in our mind. Once we encounter something within our lives, it covers this history, the pros and cons and that we obtain a feeling about this. Our motivation to behave or otherwise has related to our associations and also the history attached. For instance, if you’re not motivated to workout, you most likely have either an adverse good reputation for exercise, or else you have negative ideas mounted on exercise. If you wish to change this insufficient motivation, it needs practicing positive ideas and feelings about exercise to override the negative history.
The hypnotherapist uses led visualization by using story, imagery and metaphor talks more straight to the unconscious mind, enabling it to create the modification. Our unconscious mind talks in imagery, metaphor, meaning a lot more than in words. To update the unconscious mind and obtain its help in making a a big change, we have to talk to it in the own language.
Repetition is paramount to enhancing the brain setup new habits. The greater we repeat something, our brain wires into that neural path until it might be a routine and runs instantly. A number of our routine is helpful like tying our footwear or driving a vehicle, we don’t need to consider it any longer. But, we have negative habits that people’ve acquired through our way of life, for example overeating, smoking, or perhaps negative mental habits like negative self talk or worry.
The repeating hypnosis most likely through self led meditation or led visualizations helps the mind setup new mental paths and enforce the positive mental designs before the positive ideas and feelings become new habits.
Hypnosis is really quite simple. By feeding our mind positive messages and giving our unconscious mind obvious directions, we’re focusing our attention on which you want to think and feel, and therefore we are able to effect the modification we would like within our lives.
The entire process of hypnosis will help you change your point of view, to ensure that finding your motivation and confidence become simpler and much more accessible. Hypnosis works well in lots of programs including quit smoking, weight reduction, discomfort management, speeding healing and recovery, anaesthesia, anxiety, depression and much more.
Lots of people question if hypnosis is useful for them. This is a simple exercise to inform in case your body follows your visualization. Imagine holding a lemon, see its vibrant yellow waxy skin, using the light reflecting from the cavities on its skin. Now have a knife and start cutting the lemon in two. Take among the halves, and hold it for your nose, inhale the new lemon scent. And today, imagine biting in to the lemon, letting the sour juices flow over your tongue.
Did the body respond? Have you feel your saliva gland begin to work or perhaps your mouth pucker? Should you did, you will know the body will react to that which you consider. Hypnosis is guaranteed as you engage positive visualizations as well as your body responds as to the you picture in your head.

Hypnosis what to expect?

So we all know we have seen the swinging clock held by the Hypnotist but what can you expect to happen during a session?

All I can tell you is what you can expect in my office, no swinging clock that's for sure!

At consultation I would have already gone over the intake process and have the information to hand.

So when you arrive, I will be ready, you can expect to be met at the door by myself and offered a drink, and restroom if needed.

We proceed to my office and you get the comfy chair!

We will chat and see if anything has changed since our consultation.

I will brief you on the modailty I shall be using, and how it will go.

I shall then induce Hypnosis by progressive relaxation and then deepen the state, at this point you will feel very relaxed indeed and may feel heavy in the chair or light as a feather.

I will then take you to your special place, this is a place I have asked you to think about before the session, somewhere you would go on a dream vacation, or somewhere you would love to be to relax and unwind.

Then I shall set an anchor for this wonderful relaxing resourceful state, which we agreed upon before the session commenced. An anchor is a finger action such as pressing the pads of two fingers together, which is actually Self Hypnosis, it is something that I am required to do by law and something every person should have, in times of stress you will press the fingers together and say relax and you will feel as relaxed as you do now in my chair.

From this point we shall be getting to the "Therapy" part, which can go in all manner of ways, whichever it is, you will be aware of your surroundings at all times, be able to fully communicate with me and remember the entire session.

If there were to be an emergency at any time you would be wide awake and able to take any necessary action needed at that time.

My aim in the session is to bring you to your goals which we would have agreed on in the intake process.

When I have completed that I will de-Hypnotize you and bring you back to full and regular waking consciousness.

You will feel relaxed, relieved that your goals have been met and feel wonderful, also a nice surprise for you will be looking in the mirror and seeing the new you, Hypnosis is like a natural face lift, all clients notice a big shift in their appearance, and it is something I shall never get tired of seeing.

At this point your session is completed and you can go home and relax a while, I always explain to my clients that I would rather them not have to work on a project or handle a meeting after a session, Hypnosis can be tiring for the client and I always suggest being able to go home and relax.

Think of it like this, your mind is a computer, it is slow, sluggish, doesn't work the way you would like it to, there are viruses, incorrect programming, and missing links, the system is not working at all.  Look upon me as your anti virus removal tool.

I go in remove the virus, repair the files that can be repaired, put in shiny new folders for future programming, run a de frag and your job is to go home and reboot (sleep)

Over night the Sub Conscious mind will look over everything and make sure it has everything it needs, when you waken in the morning you will feel great and this will be the new normal for you.

Someone once told me that the new them wore off after a week, It doesn't, you just get used to the new normal and off you go, at that point you will never be able to think back to the old you!

So here is a peek into what to expect in a session with me, I am very honest about things and educate the client so they know whats going to happen.

One thing for sure is............ healing is going to happen, you are going to wake refreshed and looking better than you have in years and your whole system is going to be running a lot more efficiently.

So if you have suffered enough, get in touch and deploy the Hypnoteyes virus removal tool that will change your life for the better... forever.

Change your Mind, Change your results

I want to share this article with you.

Get 20 people in a room to write out their five goals in life, and you can be guaranteed somewhere on each and every list would be health, wealth and happiness.  A few might add a slim figure, a date with Jennifer Lopez and a lifetime’s supply of money most of us crave personal success and security. All it takes is the right mindset and these goals are achievable.
Let’s think about what we mean by the term ‘right mindset’ for a moment. By this I suppose we mean the right way of thinking, i.e. positive thinking. But don’t you just hate it when people blab on about positive thinking this, positive thinking that, like all you have to do is whistle a happy tune, imagine you’re 10kgs lighter and…..think positively !
If it was that easy we’d all walk around with perpetual smiles on our face, wondering how we’re going to spend that two million dollars in our Swiss bank account (and that’s US dollar by the way, not Malaysian ringgit) now that we’ve just been promoted to managing director of Apple.
Positive thinking ain’t easy! Especially when the husband wants a divorce, you just bought shares in Swissair and your nice little house has just been repossessed. And even if you aren’t that unfortunate it’s still a tall order to think positively.
There are too many barriers, distractions, woes and worries. So how do we get thinking positively?
The trick is to manipulate the mind. The mind must be conquered because it is the mind that dominates all aspects of your life. It is the mind that convinces you of what you can and can’t do. Change begins in the mind – not through advertising, not through nagging, not through peer pressure, not through physical exercise but in the mind.
To understand how change can come about we need to understand how the mind works – both consciously and subconsciously. The conscious mind is your communication centre. It thinks, calculates, plans and  directs all the actions of your body and everything you do that you are consciously aware of -  what you say, what you choose to eat, whether you support Manchester United or Classic Wanderers (who?) and yes, the decision to read this article is controlled by your conscious mind. These are actions that you are consciously controlling.
The subconscious mind on the other hand doesn’t think, plan or calculate. It just takes in everything we learn and experience in our lifetime. It soaks up information and experiences like a wet sponge.
It stores and recalls every piece of information put into it.  It doesn’t make choices; it accepts everything – it doesn’t sift through what’s good and what’s bad. It doesn’t make judgments or decisions. It doesn’t work in a rational or logical way. It does, however, begins forming beliefs based on what we have learnt and experienced – and these beliefs determine how we react to everything in our life.

Responsiveness to ideas
The conscious mind takes up approximately 10% of your total mind, while the subconscious mind makes up the other 90%. What this means is that when you make a decision (a task that is done by the conscious mind) to make changes in your life, that decision is being made by only 10% of the total mind.

The subconscious mind is unaware that a new behaviour is being introduced and lacks the capacity to support it. In some cases, the subconscious mind may not have access to the information that would support the new behaviour. For instance, all smokers were once non-smokers. However, just like a computer may retrieve only certain files or may find some files outdated, the subconscious mind may have access to the information that promotes smoking behaviours and may find the non-smoking behaviors “out-of-date.” Our mindset is formed.
The bottom line is that if we are unhappy with something in our lives, we must do something that will change the beliefs in our subconscious mind.  Hypnosis is probably the most effective way of reprogramming your subconscious mind.
I’m simply talking about an increased responsiveness to ideas and suggestions. In fact hypnosis is a natural state for all humans.  You’ve been in a trance state many times. You have entered hypnosis whilst day-dreaming, whilst driving (especially true of some Malaysian drivers!) or when watching TV. We’ve all said ‘sorry, I was not focusing on what you said’ – and indeed you were. Your conscious mind was temporarily shut down.

There are many misconceptions about hypnosis, all of them wrong. Contrary to what you may have heard it is absolutely safe, you do remain in complete control, you will never be persuaded to do anything against your will, you can still hear and feel the world around you – and you can come out of it at any time you want to.
You’re not in a coma, you don’t become paralyzed – you are simply in a state of hyper-relaxation and suggestibility.
So how can it help and who does it? Hypnosis has the power to speak directly to your subconscious mind. Through suggestions new and positive data and information can be planted into your subconscious mind.
With time hypnosis overrides negative beliefs stored up over the years. It can change the way you feel about yourself, transform your habits and behaviour, reduce stress, control pain, eliminate fear and convince you of the need to lose weight. This way, as your conscious mind chooses to make the change, your subconscious mind will now be supporting it and so the change becomes more achievable.

A form of therapy
And just who is going to make these suggestions? The answer is you, either with a little help from a hypnotherapist or on your own through self – hypnosis.

Every day, without realizing it, you give yourself suggestions. Some may be negative ones. “Oh, what’s the point I’ll never pass the test“   As easily as our mind believes the negative suggestions, it will also fall for the positive ones. “I just love going to the gym“
Induce a relaxed enough state and you can convince yourself of almost anything. The hypnotherapist can help induce this relaxed state either in therapy or by teaching you self-hypnosis.
He or she can also help you get to the root cause of the problem. Once under hypnosis the root cause can be eliminated and behaviour changed through guided imagery, positive mental images and direct suggestions.
Here’s one – picture a slim, healthy, non-smoking, confidence oozing, spider loving you. Now I suggest you hunt out Julian Leicester the hypnotherapist.
Hypnosis is an effective form of therapy.  It does not use drugs or pills and is direct and swift and therefore cost effective.
It has been widely practiced in the US and Europe for many years and today is a highly sought after therapy by many Malaysians.
Julian is a London trained subconscious specialist with Hypno-Station. He is Malaysia’s most renowned clinical hypnotherapist, media personality, columnist, event host and book author.

WOULD-be mum Louise Cheshire had a baby after seven years’ trying when she was HYPNOTISED into believing she was expecting, she said yesterday.

Louise, 36, and partner Ian Forrest, 33, had baffled gynaecologists with their inability to conceive after tests showed nothing wrong. The two times Louise did get pregnant she had miscarriages.

The couple were due to start IVF when desperate Louise decided to try hypnotherapy. A month after her first session, the shop worker fell pregnant.
Yearned-for baby Aafia Rose arrived last month, weighing 6lbs 11oz.
Louise, of Hinckley, Leics, said: “We tried for a baby the whole time and I really thought I couldn’t have one.

I was hypnotised into believing I was pregnant and would have a baby.
“I’m convinced the hypnotherapy helped relax me and calm me down.”
Hypnotherapist Russell Hemmings said: “It’s a very powerful treatment.”

Dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Our troops have a big job to do and one which many of us are relieved we do not have to worry about ourselves, but what price do these incredibly brave people ultimately pay?

This photo is a soldier trying to cope with fireworks.

Truly heartbreaking as July 4th should be a joyful event, but never again for this soldier.

For many of us we have no concept that fireworks could be tough for a soldier to handle, in the photo above, it clearly is.

Using Hypnosis we can go back in time and investigate the event that caused the reaction, and repair the incorrect programming that they now have, back then in combat they had to have a reaction to the environment, they had to be in Fight Or Flight mode, now however back home they do not need this level of stress for everyday life.

Although knowing she is currently safe and back on American turf, she cannot change the reaction she has to the noise, the loud booming will take her into Fight Or Flight and the anxiety will begin, Emotion is stronger than intellect, meaning she has no control over the physical reaction she has.

Fight or Flight affects the Immune System and can affect the Digestive Tract, leaving the sufferer with not only panic attacks and anxiety but possibly Gurd, stomach ulcers, colitis, Irritable bowel Syndrome, and more.

I also want to say a huge thank you and appreciation for all those who are currently serving our country, those that are retired and those who gave their lives to protect our freedom.

So if someone you love and care about is suffering know there is help out there.

Hypnosis is very fast and effective and can alleviate the trauma asociated with PTSD.

So find out more today and make the first step to your emotional and physical freedom, you truly deserve it.

Combat Your Fear Of Flying

Fear of flying is the second most held fear in America. If the mere thought of boarding a plane sends you racing to your computer to figure how to drive to your destination instead, you're not alone. Over 50 percent of people admit to a fear of flying, including celebrities, like John Madden, Jennifer Anniston, Kate Winslet, and Collin Farrell.  Physical manifestations – when you cannot possibly drive and must fly – can include heavy breathing, increased heart rate, sweating, nervousness, and even tears.  Refusing to fly can result in a loss of employment oppourtunities, losing the ability to travel to see new places, and you may even miss that destination wedding you wanted to attend.
There are plenty of undesirable ways to hide your fear of flying and force yourself onto a plane.  You can take medication, like Xanax, or have more than a few drinks before boarding, hoping you'll sleep it off as you travel.  This might get you to your destination once, but next time you need to fly, the fear is still there.

Using Hypnosis we can get back to the root cause and deal effectively, and bring about a sense of peace and calmness when making that essential trip.
A client who came to see me for Fear Of Flying could not believe the cause of her phobia, when she was a young child her brother was watching one of the Airplane movies and his reaction scared her, she was traumatized by it, and concluded planes were dangerous.
Now she is able to fly and enjoy the flight.
So if something in your past is holding you back, seek help, it's your life, take back control and live it to it's fullest.
